This role is the backbone of a small operation — building and maintaining the systems (SOPs, trackers, files) that let a founder stop rebuilding the wheel every week.

What you'll do

Manage email inboxes and phone or customer correspondence on the owner’s behalf
Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel or accommodations
Enter data, build and maintain spreadsheets, and keep online records organized
Conduct online research (vendor lookups, market research) and report findings
Prepare presentations and basic reports according to instructions given
Track deadlines and deliverables across multiple ongoing projects, coordinating with vendors as needed

What we're looking for

Prior virtual assistant or administrative experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and common calendar or VoIP tools
Excellent time-management and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
