What you'll do

Build end-to-end workflows in Zapier, Make, or n8n that replace manual, repetitive steps
Connect CRM, email, and calendar tools so leads and deals update automatically
Set up nurture and follow-up sequences in platforms like ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel
Integrate AI tools into workflows to handle repetitive writing, sorting, and summarizing
Configure and connect chatbots so inquiries get fast answers and qualified leads move forward
Document and maintain automations so they don’t silently break when a connected app updates

What we're looking for

Portfolio or work samples showing actual automations/workflows built (required for this role)
Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make, or n8n — actual builds, not just familiarity
Understanding of trigger-action logic, multi-step workflows, filters/paths, and webhooks
Experience connecting CRM/email tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, or similar)
Comfortable troubleshooting a broken automation independently
