This role supports founders, coaches, and authors who have more ideas than time to execute them — managing content calendars, scheduling, and light design so visibility doesn’t depend on the founder personally posting every day.

What you'll do

Build and maintain a content calendar, then schedule posts across social platforms on a consistent cadence
Create on-brand graphics and short-form assets in Canva from existing photos, quotes, or long-form content
Repurpose blog posts, podcasts, or webinars into social captions, email content, and short clips
Write and send email marketing campaigns, including basic list segmentation
Track engagement and campaign performance and report on what’s working
Monitor and respond to comments/DMs, and research content ideas and competitors

What we're looking for

Portfolio or work samples demonstrating actual content/design work (required for this role)
Proficiency in Canva and a scheduling tool (Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite, or similar)
Experience with an email marketing platform (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, or similar)
Strong writing skills for captions, subject lines, and short-form marketing copy
Comfortable pulling and reading basic analytics/KPI reports
