What you'll do

Process orders and update inventory across Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central
Track shipments and flag fulfillment delays to the founder and customer
Handle the customer service inbox — emails, chats, refunds, and complaint resolution
Upload and optimize product listings: descriptions, images, keywords, pricing
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers on purchase orders
Pull sales and store-performance reports for the founder

What we're looking for

Portfolio or work samples showing store/listing work you’ve done (required for this role)
Direct working experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central
Comfortable in a helpdesk tool (Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, or similar) or shared inbox
Strong attention to detail on pricing, inventory counts, and listing accuracy
Clear, brand-appropriate written English for customer-facing replies
