Executive Assistant

An Executive Assistant at Advocata works directly with a founder or coach to protect their time and keep commitments moving — not just answering emails, but deciding what deserves a reply, a meeting, or a no.

What you'll do

Manage the founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and book travel arrangements
Handle calls and draft or proofread email correspondence on the founder’s behalf
Coordinate virtual meetings — prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation
Prepare presentations, reports, and expense reports
Liaise between the founder and other stakeholders, delegating routine tasks as needed

What we're looking for

Proven experience supporting an executive, founder, or coach in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, plus Zoom or similar video-conferencing tools
Strong written and verbal communication, including polished business correspondence
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
High level of discretion and confidentiality, with follow-through that doesn’t need reminders
