This role supports insurance agents and brokers with the recurring administrative work of the book of business — renewals, certificates, and client communication — so the agent’s time stays focused on selling and advising.

What you'll do

Run agency management system expiration reports and build renewal contact queues
Prepare and issue certificates of insurance under the agency’s standard authority
Process policy endorsements and change requests — mortgagee updates, address changes, additions/removals
Log every client touchpoint as an activity against the policy in the agency management system
Download and file policy documents, keeping client records accurate and current
Respond to routine client inquiries and route anything requiring a licensed agent

What we're looking for

Prior experience supporting a US insurance agency or in insurance account management
Hands-on experience with an agency management system (AMS360, EZLynx, Applied Epic, or similar)
High attention to detail — this work touches active client coverage and legal documents
Strong written and verbal English for client- and carrier-facing communication
Comfortable working within compliance and authority limits (not licensed to bind or advise)
