What you'll do

Manage and respond to client emails and phone calls so no inquiry sits unanswered
Maintain and update MLS entries and property listings, keeping details and photos current
Schedule property viewings, client meetings, and open houses or final walkthroughs
Track transactions from contract to close, flagging approaching deadlines and contingencies
Prepare and edit contracts, disclosures, and other transaction documents for accuracy
Coordinate communication between clients, agents, lenders, title/escrow, and vendors

What we're looking for

Comfortable working in MLS and real estate CRMs (Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or similar) and transaction platforms (Dotloop, Transaction Desk, or similar)
Strong written and verbal communication for client- and vendor-facing correspondence
High attention to detail — transaction paperwork has zero tolerance for errors
Solid organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple listings/deals at once
Working knowledge of real estate terminology and typical transaction milestones
